House of Creed was founded in England in 1760 by James Creed. The company was transferred within the Creed family over the years.
In 1824, Henry Creed II, the third generation of Creed, was born. Henry had a sense of smell and took it upon himself to develop the small business' perfume.
It was now that Creed's success story began. Henry drove Creed House forward and quickly gained customers across Europe. In time, the company moved to France, where they focused and engaged in researching fragrances. Today, House of Creed is one of the world's oldest and most famous perfumeries, with aromas that attract men all over the world.
