To shop at twinnky, you must be 18 years of age or older.
If you are younger, you must have the approval of a parent.
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have received approval from a parent when you make a purchase with us.
All prices are shown including VAT.
We have no minimum order.
Normal delivery time is 5-7 working days .
During high season it can take longer.
All orders are sent by budbee and DHL for the fastest possible delivery.
In the event of a delay in an item, the customer is notified as soon as possible at the time of order and the customer has the right to cancel the purchase if the delay is not approved.
Orders placed before 14.00 on weekdays are sent the same day.
We send orders with budbee and DHL.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
POSTAGE AND SHIPPING FEE
A shipping fee is 9.69 euro

Shipping company In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company.
What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we work with are: budbee and DHL
Notification of when your package arrives at the nearest delivery point is via email.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
You need to have your Package ID (shipment number) on hand (budbee and DHL)
The customer must provide valid and correct delivery information. If we receive a package sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to the customer to pay for new shipping.
For orders that are not picked up, we charge a fee of 50 euro.
The package is in the delivery point for 14 days from the time it is sent from twinnky warehouse, so you have plenty of time to pick it up.
Keep in mind that if you order via invoice, the invoice period will run even if you have not picked up the package.
Right of withdrawal and Complaint
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RIGHT OF RETURN
You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused and in unopened packaging.
Refunds will only be made when the goods are returned in full condition.
We will refund the money within 30 days upon return.
Note: when repaying, contact with customer service (email@example.com) must always be made.
The return is approved when the product has been inspected by our staff.
It is important when paying invoices not to pick up the package from the post office.
If the invoice receives a reminder fee or goes to Debt Collection, the customer will be responsible for cancellation costs.
Return the item in similar packaging as it was received.
Note that it is the condition of the product upon arrival at Twinnky that is decisive for whether the product can be considered to have been returned in full condition.
Attach your name or order number.
You pay the shipping cost for the return.
If we have sent the wrong item, we will bear the cost of the return to our warehouse.
In the event of a complaint, you always contact our customer service, and we will send a prepaid return slip.
Twinnky applies the Consumer Purchase Act when handling complaints.
A product can only be complained about in the event of manufacturing defects.
Complain the product immediately after you discover the error and we will send a new, error-free product.
If the error cannot be remedied, a refund will be made.
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations.

In case of abuse of Twinnky website, services, affiliate recommendation sites, price comparison sites.
Twinnky has the right to shut down and block customers from future purchases.
Abuse includes anything that is contrary to Twinnky's values, the purpose of marketing or free shipping campaigns, and other uses of the website that may be perceived as unethical or that have been undertaken for the purpose of achieving benefits other than those intended.
Abuse can refer to, for example, so-called. counterfeit purchases, unreasonably high degree of returns or otherwise.
